Lizzie, the talented founder of Wild Fox Distillery, has created three amazing cocktails using our very own gin collection. Each recipe has been crafted to showcase the unique flavours of our gins, while celebrating the very best of British farming and countryside spirit.

The Perfect Apéritif
50ml of Shephers Tipple
25ml Pink grapefruit juice (fresh or quality bottled)
10ml sugar syrup
Top with Mediterranean tonic or soda water
Garnish:Grapefruit wedge or twistBasil leaf (lightly slapped to release aroma)
Blush & Bloom
Perfect for nights in the garden
50ml Shepherds delight Gin
25ml Elderflower cordial
15ml lemon juice
Top with light tonic or soda water
Garnish:Fresh strawberry slice
Tiny sprig of thyme or cracked pink peppercorn rim (optional for flair)
Apple & Blackberry Hedgerow
Perfect for after dinner tipple
I35ml 10 Year Apple & Blackberry Hedgerow Gin
25ml Triple Sec
30ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Cloudy apple juice
Demerara sugar, for rimming the glass
Ice and Slice of apple to garnish
Scatter a little demerara sugar on a plate. Wet the rim of your glass with lime juice, then dip it into the sugar to coat.
In a shaker, combine the gin, triple sec, and lime juice with plenty of ice. Shake well, strain into your prepared glass, and top with cloudy apple juice!
Meet Our Distiller
Our gin collection has been lovingly created in collaboration with Lizzie at Wild Fox Distillery. Lizzie’s journey into gin crafting began with the cherished tradition of her parents enjoying a post-milking gin and tonic. Inspired by this, she launched Wild Fox Distillery in 2019, creating a true farm-to-bottle gin that captures the heritage of her family farm in every bottle.
Every stage of the process is overseen on the farm — from developing and harvesting botanicals, to distilling, bottling, and labelling — ensuring a spirit with authenticity, provenance, and care at its heart..
