Chef de Partie - DAY TIME HOURS

 We are an exciting family-run business, based in the Cheshire countryside who have recently been crowned ‘Farm Shop Cafe/Restaurant of the Year!’, and we are looking for a creative and passionate Chef to join our growing team.

We are located on our family farm and we are extremely passionate about all things fresh and local, we have an in house Butchery, Delicatessen and Farm Shop adjacent to our Farm Kitchen. All the lamb and beef available in our Butchery and used on our Kitchen menu is home-reared here on our working Farm and we champion local produce throughout our business.

Our ambition is to create an exceptional experience for our customers. Our kitchen is open 7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch with an occasional evening service for special events. The ethos of our menu is to showcase the very best of local seasonal produce available, whilst championing our home-reared beef and lamb. You will join a team of 5 chefs who create inspiring dishes to the highest standard. We also have a brand new prep kitchen where we develop new recipe ideas and homemade produce for our Farm Shop, including homemade pies and cakes.

We are looking for an inspiring a passionate Chef De Partie with good communication skills. The successful candidates must have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, and have good team working ability.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure high hygiene standards and HACCP controls are maintained always

Apprentice Butcher

Make a start on your butchery career with us! Modern thinking and ways of working with flexible working hours. Hands on from day one, learning whole caracass butchery and more. Duties include packing, cutting, making sausages and burgers.
